  • 4.Can I personally meet the counsellor?
    Physical sessions can be conducted as per availability and convenience of both the parties (that is the counsellor and the client)
  • 5.Can we pay the counsellor directly?
    No, all the payments have to go via HappifyU website, in case of personal interactions with counsellor, HappifyU is not liable for any challenges and repercussions.
  • 1.How many counselling sessions will be required for positive impact?
    According to counsellors, at least 6 sessions are minimum required in most of the cases to bring about behavioral and positive changes in a person.
  • 7.Can I inform the company if I face any discrepancy or challenges during my sessions?
    Yes, you can bring to the notice of the company by directly sending us mail in case of any issues and challenges.
  • 3.If I am not satisfied with the counsellor, will I get my money back?
    if you have already taken 3 counselling sessions, then you will not get any refund. But if you have taken just one or two sessions and you want to discontinue the service than you can request for a refund, and after adjusting the fees of the sessions done it will be refunded in your account.
  • 2.Will my identity and privacy be honored by the company and counsellors?
    Under no circumstances, Company will divulge any information of its client to any third person. And all our empaneled counsellors are bound by agreement to not divulge any information related to name, identity or the issues of a client to anybody.
  • 6.If I am not comfortable with a counsellor after the first interaction, can I request for a change?
    After first interaction yes, we can initiate a change of the counsellor if the client is not satisfied. But after the second interaction, we will not entertain any request for change. And the client will have to continue with the same counsellor.
